Just had the best Xmas break ever! The place was so modern and clean, it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, only a short drive to the beach and there were some great dog-friendly places to eat nearby. The owners were super friendly and made us feel right at home. They even left us dog treats and some delicious treats for ourselves too! We loved the little outside area where we could sit and enjoy the fresh air. Perfect for families with kids or pets.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like about our stay. It was absolutely perfect in every way.

I had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in the heart of the countryside. The modern and impeccably clean Ash Cottage had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore Skegness and enjoy the charm of a nearby village. The owners, although I didn't get to meet them, were helpful and kept me well-informed throughout my stay. They even left dog treats and a delicious plum loaf. The gated outside area was a bonus, perfect for enjoying the weather with my furry friend. I highly recommend this cottage for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Our stay at Ash Cottage was absolutely wonderful! We stayed for a short period and the tranquil surroundings and modern amenities made it a great experience. The hosts, Liz and Jon, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about the local area. The cottage itself was cozy and comfortable, truly feeling like a home away from home. We especially loved the attention to detail, with everything we needed for a Sunday dinner and even a fleece to protect the sofa from our dog's muddy paws. The decor was tastefully done and we can't wait to visit again, perhaps in the summer.
Would recommend this hotel.

The bathroom was super clean and the shower was amazing! It felt so refreshing after a long day of exploring. As a young person, I love having a modern and stylish bathroom like this.
The bathroom was a bit small for my liking, but hey, others might not mind it.

The nearest airport is ridiculously far away. The property has the audacity to provide a garden and free private parking. Oh, and they also offer the luxury of towels in the holiday home.
They didn't offer a personal chauffeur or a private jet to the airport. How disappointing.

The bathroom was great with a neat shower. I loved how clean and cozy it felt, making me feel right at home. As a casual traveler, this was just what I needed for a relaxing stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of having only one bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

Free private parking, finally a place where I didn't have to fight for a spot! The garden was a nice touch, although I was hoping for a unicorn to stroll by. The towels were provided, but sorry, they didn't grant me any wishes.
No unicorns in the garden. How disappointing.
